Psychiatrist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Central California

A community-based, publicly funded behavioral health facility is seeking a Psychiatrist for locum tenens coverage.A facility is located in central California.The preferred schedule is Monday and Thursday, 10 hours each day. Onsite work is required, and the EMR system used is EPIC. Candidates must have prior experience treating patients with substance use disorders and be able and willing to prescribe Buprenorphine, with a solid understanding of its use. The provider will work as part of a team, primarily treating patients with mild symptoms related to substance use, including cannabis, opioids, and methamphetamines.
