Envision Physician Services is seeking a board eligible or board certified Neonatologist to join our team at Northwest Medical Center to help in the development of a growing Level III NICU.

• In-house NNP during the day to help balance the care

Opportunity Details:

• Staffing Model: 4 Neonatologists, 1.6 NNPs
• Schedule:
  • Schedule will be dynamic and flexible based on team’s overall needs
  • Focus on work/life balance
  • 4-week rotation
    • Week 1 – Mon-Fri 9-hr Days; Sun 24
    • Week 2 - Off
    • Week 3 – Tue, Thu 15-hr Nights
    • Week 4 – Mon, Wed, Sat 15-hr Nights
  • Consecutive Day & Rotating Night shifts to optimize continuity of care
  • In-house NNP coverage during the day (8-hrs)
• Clinical Coverage includes:
  • Attendance at high-risk deliveries
  • Care of some newborns Level II/III NICU patients
• Facility Information:
  • Northwest Medical Center (Level III)
    • Deliveries: 1,420
    • 17-beds
