Hematologist/Oncologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Michigan City, Indiana

A facility is seeking a hematologist/oncologist for locum tenens coverage.The facility is located in Michigan City, IN.An active Indiana license, DEA, and Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology are required. This is a full-time outpatient position, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with no call or hospital rounding. The EMR system used is EPIC. Candidates must be familiar with NCCN guidelines, able to respond to medication side effects, and capable of creating chemotherapy treatment plans. The daily patient volume ranges from 20 to 25, with support provided by five RNs, two MAs, and one Patient Service Representative.
