Emergency Medicine Physician Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Lawton, Oklahoma

A facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.In Lawton, Oklahoma, you can explore the scenic beauty of the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, hike to the summit of Mount Scott for breathtaking views, or immerse yourself in the history of the Old Town Museum Complex. For a dose of excitement, enjoy outdoor activities like fishing, camping, or rock climbing in the nearby areas.The position involves working 12-hour shifts (8a-8p, 10a-10p, 8p-8a) with a specific Fast Track shift from 8a-8p. You should be comfortable treating patients of all ages and proficient in ER procedures. The role requires ABEM certification for ER shifts, with active ACLS and PALS credentials needed, and ATLS preferred. Familiarity with the RPMS EMR system is needed, and credentialing takes 4-6 weeks. Travel and lodging expenses are covered.
