Seeking a full-time, board-certified Neonatologist to lead our team at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL. Experience an exceptional quality of practice with a true colleague. Our group is neonatologist-led on the local level and fully supported with robust tools and resources.

Position Profile:

  • Site Medical Director
    • Minimum of 2-years leadership experience preferred
    • ?Call from home
    • Week on/week off schedule
  • Neonatologist-led on the local, regional, and national level
    • Smaller, collegial teams with day-to-day operational control fully supported by the tools and resources from a leading national medical group
