Envision Physician Services is seeking a Neonatologist to join our NICU family in Tucson, AZ. St. Joseph’s Hospital is a 486-bed premier medical campus serving Tucson and Southern Arizona. Their Women’s Care Center has 21 private birthing suites, 34 mother/baby rooms, and a beautiful Level IIEQ NICU with 30 private rooms. The practice prides itself on delivering quality excellence, continued education, and a collaborative effort to achieve the best patient outcomes.

Opportunity Highlights:

• 1 week on/1 week off – Take call from home!
• Robust benefits which include medical, dental, vision and 401k (Effective day 1!)
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Start Date Bonus - $30,000

Opportunity Details: ?

• Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists/3 NNPs
• Care for neonates >28 weeks, conventional and high frequency ventilation, CPAP
• Access to pediatric subspecialists
• Transfer out neurology, general surgery, CT and neurosurgery cases to nearby facilities
• Strong focus on quality metrics such as CLD, IVH, and NEC
• Neos and NNPs have trusting partnership and collaborate to provide quality care together
• NNPs cover nights with Neo backup
