Emergency Medicine Physician Medical Director opportunity - eastern Illinois

Envision is seeking an ED Medical Director to lead the OSF Healthcare Sacred Heart Medical Center ED team in Danville. Start Date Bonus available.

{Requirements: BC EM Physician (ABEM or ABOEM) plus administrative experience required}

Position Profile:

• 30,000 volume annual patient visits
• 22 ED beds
• 36 hours of physician coverage
• 17 hours of Advanced Practice Provider coverage
• 24-hour orthopedic surgery, critical-care specialists and hospitalists, and OB/GYN coverage
• EMR EPIC
• W2 status with comprehensive benefits package including 401K match, administrative stipend, CME reimbursement and malpractice coverage.

OSF Healthcare Sacred Heart Medical Center is a 174-bed comprehensive health care facility serving Danville, Illinois. Services include the only full-service cancer center in Vermilion County. It also offers a full range of cardiovascular care, emergency services, orthopedic care, stroke treatment and a full-service laboratory.
