Chief Anesthesiologist Leadership Opportunity in Tampa FL!

Envision Physician Services is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa in Tampa, FL. Minimum experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 30 physicians and 85 APPs. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides services to AdventHealth Tampa, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel and AdventHealth Carrollwood. The team performs all cases except for burns, transplants and trauma.
The Chief duties will include but are not limited to:
• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
• Liaison with hospital leaders
• Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Performance reviews
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires
Highlights of this opportunity include:

• AdventHealth Tampa: 600 bed hospital
• Case Mix: everything except trauma and transplants
• Shared staffing with AdventHealth Wesley Chapel and AdventHealth Carrollwood
