  • 4-day week and 1:4 call or 7 on/7 off rotation
  • Loan repayment Practice mix = 90% OP, 10% IP/ER
  • 16-18 clinic patients per day
  • Team includes 2 physicians and 2 APPs
  • 2-bed ER averages 2 patients per day (no trauma)
  • Avel E-Care provides ER support
