Locum Tenens Neurohospitalist Needed for Coverage at Facility in North Georgia
Specialty: Neurology
A facility in Georgia has an immediate need for locum tenens neurohospitalist coverage.Hours are 7am-6pm, Monday through Friday. This is a full-time need with no call required. A 40-hour work week would be for 8am-5pm shifts Monday through Friday.The locum will see 12-16 adult inpatient consults per day, a mixture of new and follow-up patients. Typical cases include general neurologic conditions, stroke/vascular neurology, and EEG interpretation. The locum will be partnered with another physician at all times. NPs and a full neuro support team are also available. Candidates must be board certified. EMR software is used for notes.
