Physician - Hematology and Oncology Job in Gettysburg, PA

• The new physician team member will have the opportunity to participate in tumor board meetings, not only with the surrounding hospitals, but also remote access to Hershey Medical Center as well.
• We are a community-based practice which has been operating for the last 30 years.
• Which is within 1 hour driving distance to Baltimore, Maryland and 2 hours to Washington DC.
• Our center provides radiation oncology, medical oncology/hematology and radiology for Adams County and the surrounding areas.
• Gettysburg Cancer Center operates Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, with each physician taking.
• 3 weeks of PTO.
• We also have a very active research department and participate in over 20 clinical trials that offer additional options for our patients at the facility.
• Due to recent growth, the Gettysburg Cancer Center, a busy private community practice, is recruiting a highly motivated, hematology/medical oncology physician or graduating fellow for a position at our facility.
• In addition, we actively collaborate with large tertiary care centers such as Hershey Medical Center, Johns Hopkins University Hospital and NIH/NCI.
• Our physicians see patients at 2 locations and maintain hospital privileges in those communities.

• Our facility is located in historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
• Salary - $260,000-$360,000 based on experience.
• This full-time opportunity is for a board certified/board eligible physician to join our medical oncology/hematology team.
• 1 week of paid CME.
