Physician - Nephrology Job in Minneapolis, MN

  • Additionally, the incumbent will provide patient care (outpatient and inpatient) for chronic and end-stage kidney disease, fluid, electrolyte, and acid-base disorders, as well as trainee supervision and education, and production of scholarly materials.
  • The Veterans Affairs Health Care System (Vahcs) in Minneapolis, Minnesota seeks a full-time BE/BC Nephrologist to serve as the Section Chief in Nephrology. Candidates with VA merit awards and/or NIH grants along with a track record of impressive academic commitment and recognition at mid-career level, including basic or clinical scientist physician nephrologists, are strongly encouraged to examine this opportunity.
  • As an academic nephrologist, the incumbent will be an active participant of the teaching program, will lead clinical activities within the nephrology service, and will be responsible for fostering the academic careers of faculty members and trainees.
