Seeking a Full Time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or NICU Physician Assistant at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida near Palm Beach! Experience preferred.

Wellington Regional Medical Center is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team to help in the development of a growing NICU.

Join a dynamic team with true colleagues committed to transparency and support, comprised of a dedicated team of Neonatologists and Advanced Practice Providers, focused on delivering state-of-the-art, innovative neonatal care where quality improvement and evidence-based practice are at the forefront. Envision Physician Services is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or NICU Physician Assistant (NICU exp or completed a NICU PA Residency) to join our collaborative care team to provide Neonatology services.

• Work alongside Neonatology physician team during the day to optimize patient care.
• Collaborative care model – 12-hour day shifts including nursery coverage rotation

Opportunity Details:

• Staffing Model: 4.5 Neonatologists, 3 NNP/PAs
• Schedule:
  • Consecutive day shifts to optimize continuity of care
• Clinical Coverage includes:
  • Attendance at high-risk deliveries
  • Care of some newborns
  • Level III NICU patients
• Facility Information:

    • 26 - Bed NICU
