Envision Physician Services is looking to add to our talented team of CRNAs at Ocala Hospital, an HCA affiliated Hospital. We are seeking dedicated Anesthetists who enjoy a full scope of practice and a great work environment. New grads welcome!

$75K Start Date Bonus. Base comp now up to $225k before OT payment and shift differentials up to $200 per shift! Additional shifts over normal schedule paid out at $140/hr. Excellent Retention Bonus!

Located just south of Gainesville and 90 minutes from the coast, this 323 bed, Level II Trauma Center is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar expansion designed to better serve the residents of Ocala and surrounding communities. Clinicians are also granted privileges at West Marion Community Hospital. Envision offers competitive compensation including a quality bonus and relocation assistance.

Highlights of the CRNA opportunity include:
• Friendly and collaborative Care Team of 20 Physicians and 32 CRNAs.
• 15 ORS and a variety of cases: Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma. No Peds and No OB.
• CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement.
• Reasonable call schedule with no overnights. Approx. only 6 weekends a year. Beeper from home.
• 7 weeks PTO and increases with tenure and opportunities for OT if desired.
